Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Imaging

Ultrasound imaging is a noninvasive technology that uses sound waves to produce pictures of muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints throughout the body. We use this technology to evaluate the severity of the injury as well as monitor the healing process of soft tissue conditions. Imaging occurs in real time and can be applied during movement, allowing us to visualize the area as you perform the motions or activities that cause pain.
